Pickup Policy

2. When can I collect my order and what if I cannot collect my order on time?

You will have 10 days from the time we inform you that your order is ready for collection to collect your order. If you have exceeded the 10 (ten) days to collect your order, Game will have to cancel your order and refund you according to your payment method in terms of our Refunds policy.

If you place an order and your order is received before 11h00, your order will be ready for Pickup after 14h00 on the same day, subject to the selected Pickup store’s operating hours. In certain instances, some Game stores close at 14h00 and in these scenarios your order will be available for collection the next day.

As most Game stores are located within the shopping malls, our Pickup availability is subject to the operating hours of the respective shopping malls. Pickup will not be available if the shopping mall unexpectedly closes.

3. How will you refund me?

In line with our Refunds policy, refunds will be processed against the type of payment made for the purchase such as a credit card or EFT and for the exact price paid. A refund can take up to 7 (seven) working days to reflect in your bank account. EFT refunds will require further verification of your banking details, so please allow 7 (seven) working days from the time an online agent has confirmed your banking details for the refund to reflect.

4. Where do I Pickup my order in store?

Look out for the blue Pickup arrows directing you to the Pickup & Returns desk at the front of the Game store.

5. Which items qualify for Pickup?

The Pickup service is specified on each product page on the Game website; the majority of items are available for Pickup. Stock availability may vary by store.

6. What if I change my mind and I want my order to be delivered?

Once an order has been placed as a Pickup order it cannot be changed to a delivery. If you can no longer collect your order you will need to contact the Call Centre to cancel the order and you will be refunded. You can then re-order the item and choose to have it delivered.

7. Can I have some of my order delivered, and some as a Pickup?

No, this functionality is currently not available and you can’t split an order between Delivery and Pickup.

8. What should I do if I am not satisfied with my order?

If you would like to cancel or return your Pickup order, the Customer Service Assistant in the store you are collecting from will assist you with a return and refund.

9. Can someone else collect my order for me?

Yes, when completing your order for Pickup there is an option to select someone else to Pickup the order. Enter their contact details and they will receive the order number and QR Code required to release the Pickup order in the store.
